Beauty of Andalusia

I've arrived in Tarifa today from where I will take the ferry to Marocco. The sun was burning on my head the last days so I feel very tired but satiesfied. Luckily I met a old German couple today which came from Marakesh - where I am heading to. They had a wonderful time and only positive experiences. So no need to worry (this one is for my family) ;)

Here some impressions from Andalusia for you :)

On the ferry to Spain

How to block a road? Road blockade by goat herd :) 

Sevilla - where I had my first shower after three days of cycling. It was soooo good and refreshing.

Flamingos in Spain - this part was still nice. Followed by a four hour horror ride on a straight and sandy street in the middle of nowhere without water. My mood changed rapidly when I heard the voice of  my brother Timo on the phone. We will meet up in Marakesh! :) I am happy to see you soon.

Today I've started cycling at 4 am in the night. It is wonderful to ride in the moonlight and listen to the birds in the early morning.

Arrival in Portugal

Finally I made a deciscion to continue cycling for another three month. I have the deep whish to experience this freedome and magic of life again.

I am on my way to Marocco now and I hope to find a different culture and of course a lot of sun.

I've visited Gal & JoJo on the farm again. We enjoyed three days together with amazing food and hard work.

They worked their asses off during the winter and nearly finished renovating both houses.

Hallo meine Lieben,

ich war eine Zeit lang untergetaucht um die Geschehnisse des letzten Jahres zu verarbeiten. Hier ein Update der letzten Monate.

Noch in Portugal (November) mit Nir und Boris. Auf dem Heimweg zur Farm nach einer legendären Nacht!

Nach 2 wunderschönen Monaten auf der Farm in Portugal machte ich mich mit einem Bus auf den Weg nach Frankreich. Der Busfahrer war nicht begeistert von der Idee mein Fahrrad mitzunehmen. Ich entschloss mich ohne Fahrrad weiter nach Bordeaux zu fahren. In Bordeaux entstand dieses Kunstwerk in einem Lego-Store.

Zum zweiten Mal in Plum Village. Dieses mal nahm ich am drei monatigen Winter-Retreat teil (Dez. - Feb.). Hier mit den besten Zimmergenossen in unserer weitläufigen Residenz ;)

Neujahr mal anders. Über Neujahr kam meine Familie für eine Woche zu Besuch nach Plum Village. Danke <3
