Mohamed and his friend (both of them cycled already a couple of times through the Sahara). They fixed my bike like pro‘s after that Decathlon messed it up.  I’ve met this wonderful persons yesterday. The way they’ve cared for me touched me deeply. Thank you so much for all your love and support my friends! Hope to bike with you soon :)

Beauty of Andalusia

I've arrived in Tarifa today from where I will take the ferry to Marocco. The sun was burning on my head the last days so I feel very tired but satiesfied. Luckily I met a old German couple today which came from Marakesh - where I am heading to. They had a wonderful time and only positive experiences. So no need to worry (this one is for my family) ;)

On the ferry to Spain

Sevilla - where I had my first shower after three days of cycling. It was soooo good and refreshing.

Flamingos in Spain - this part was still nice. Followed by a four hour horror ride on a straight and sandy street in the middle of nowhere without water. My mood changed rapidly when I heard the voice of  my brother Timo on the phone. We will meet up in Marakesh! :) I am happy to see you soon.

Today I've started cycling at 4 am in the night. It is wonderful to ride in the moonlight and listen to the birds in the early morning.

Arrival in Portugal

Finally I made a deciscion to continue cycling for another three month. I have the deep whish to experience this freedome and magic of life again.

I am on my way to Marocco now and I hope to find a different culture and of course a lot of sun.

I've visited Gal & JoJo on the farm again. We enjoyed three days together with amazing food and hard work.

They worked their asses off during the winter and nearly finished renovating both houses.
